Alexis has provided quality therapeutic massage therapy from her Massage Center

in Sorrento Valley from 1992-2018. Though she is no longer practicing massage therapy,

her passion is to continue to bring well being and stress management to clients.

She offers personally tailored Mindfulness Meditation, Mindful Coaching, and

Stress Management for individuals experiencing a health crisis and their caregivers.

Alexis is a licensed Massage Therapist, Nationally Board Certified Therapeutic

Massage and Body Work, NCTMB, Graduate of UCSD school of Integrative Medicine,

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Teacher Practicum, Graduate of The Center for Mindful
