The Listen Deeply Project’s mission, is to offer Mindfulness and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction classes to everyone.*
Mindfulness is an ancient practice which cultivates self-awareness, using skillful means to experience the present moment
without judgment. It is one of the many forms of meditation. The skill of cultivating mindfulness has been shown to increase resilience,
deepen self-awareness and enhance meaningful relationships with yourself and others, and create a more joy filled life!
Companies such as Google, Nike, ebay,and academic institutions such The University of Massachusetts, and the University of California
San Diego, and Harvard University, all incorporate Mindfulness or Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)
in their companies, medical and other departments.
Think of it as the most current way of combining the newest findings of neurobiology and secular contemplative practice
to enrich and enhance your life. This is a learned skill that has the potential to open the gate to an extraordinary journey, your Life.

practiontioner and massage therapist the past 25 years and is now dedicated to further assist people by sharing personal transformation of life and relationship coaching, and sharing the skillful means of mindfulness through mindfulness coaching. It is her mission to share the profound benefits of developing personal meditation practice and to develop the skillful means of a mindful practice with as many people as possible.
Mindfulness - Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)
This course is based on the ancient practice of mindfulness:
Being in the present, moment to moment, non-judgmentally.
This program, created by Jon Kabat-Zinn, Ph.D, has been proven
to help relieve stress, pain and illness. Many participants report improvement in managing stress, fear, anger, anxiety, and
depression - creating the opportunity for a more joy filled personal and professional life.
Over the 20 hours of this course you will receive:
• Guided instruction in mindfulness practices
• Gentle stretching and mindful movement/body awareness (yoga)
• Experiential mindfulness training and skill development
• Group dialogue/discussions aimed at enhancing awareness in everyday life
• Daily home practice (Helping you cultivate mindfulness)
